The Executive Committee (ExCom) of tcc Global (tcc Group) understands and acknowledges the value information holds in our current business environment, which goes beyond the traditional tangible forms like documents, images, etc. to the more intangible once like ideas, concepts, knowledge, brands etc. and the importance to secure such information and related infrastructure. tcc Group's business is also very much dependent on information and hence, security of the information in tcc Group has become a critical part of the overall business strategy. Our Information Security (IS) objectives continue to align and support the achievement of our strategic business goals and values.
To accomplish our Information Security objectives and ensure appropriate protection of our information, related infrastructure, processes and personnel, tcc Group intends to implement a company-wide Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in-line with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements. The ISMS is supported by a set of policies, procedures, organizational structures and technical controls. We are committed to implement, operate effectively and continually improve our ISMS to minimize our Information Security risk and respond to the evolving threat landscape.
Our ISMS is designed to protect tcc Group's information, applications, networks & computer systems from unauthorized access, alteration and/or destruction and ensuring compliance with the Legal & Regulatory requirements. Our ISMS focuses on the three core principles of Information Security: Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability but also extends to other critical properties like Authenticity, Accountability, Non-repudiation and Reliability. We will ensure that our ISMS is effectively managed, monitored and maintained through metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
We will effectively communicate this policy to all employees, contractors and associated interested parties as necessary because success and ongoing improvement of the ISMS is dependent on everyone.
