With a firm commitment to fostering improved learning conditions for students throughout Croatia, the country’s leading retail chain, Konzum, has embarked on an innovative and impactful community campaign called 'Little Big Talents'.

Through the campaign, shoppers were given the opportunity to collect special vouchers with their purchases, which they could then donate to their chosen schools.

These vouchers could be redeemed for a wide range of valuable educational equipment, including computers, sports gear, and musical instruments.

By participating in this campaign, customers not only supported their local schools but also played a crucial role in nurturing the development of young talents, ensuring a brighter future for the next generation. This collaborative effort has brought communities together, highlighting the power of collective action in making a significant and lasting impact on education.

At the heart of every community, schools serve as the nurturing grounds where small talents blossom into big ones. Yet, the journey of education is often hindered by a lack of essential resources. Recognizing this, Konzum Croatia has teamed up with tcc to tackle this challenge head-on. Through a groundbreaking initiative, we've revolutionized the educational landscape in Croatia, ensuring that schools and students have the tools they need to excel.

Simple as ABC: no-fuss education boost

Unlocking the potential for positive change can be as simple as a few clicks. With our innovative approach, for every 10 euros spent at Konzum, shoppers received a voucher that could then be effortlessly donated to a school of their choice. Once registered, schools exchanged collected vouchers for much-needed equipment. It is through this simple mechanism we helped foster the growth of the next generation of achievers.

A comprehensive marketing campaign was launched across diverse platforms to generate excitement among the target audience. Through strategic content sharing and continuous performance analysis, the approach was optimized to ensure maximum engagement and positive reception.

Leveraging renowned ambassadors

Partnering with renowned ambassadors from diverse fields, the campaign aimed to reach a wide and varied audience. Football star Joško Gvardiol was selected as the campaign ambassador, with additional support from other talented individuals across different sectors. A series of inspiring videos was recorded with each ambassador, demonstrating that talent knows no boundaries.

Schools and shoppers were enthusiastic to take part again

93% of participating schools and 96% of participating shoppers expressed a strong interest in taking part in the next edition, highlighting the overwhelming success and positive impact of the campaign.
